Course Description
The Business Management program is designed with an emphasis on preparing graduates for leadership roles within a business or organization. The graduate should be confident that he/she has gained the necessary basic requirements to run and/or manage a business. Further, students will be able to apply the skills acquired for promotion or into a new job/industry.
The program structure emphasizes the ability to lead, supervise people, and communicate effectively and solid knowledge of business organization.
Participants also gain progressive skills relevant to today's market: effective project management, business planning, small business and entrepreneurship.
With experience, graduates may move up the ranks to become a manager or senior manager.
